Exceptional service made our stay memorable.

We had relentless noise from the street every night. It was intolerable to deal with street cleaning and shouting at 4:30 a.m.! Despite our attempts to change rooms, we were denied and left to suffer another sleepless night. Paying such a high rate for a hotel should mean peace, not constant disruptions!

We really enjoyed our stay with the stunning sea view from our balcony and the amazing breakfast that kicked off each day. The outdoor pool and sun loungers made it easy to relax and soak up the sun. One small thing was the room could have used a wardrobe, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful time at this place! 🌊

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed cooking classes and explored the beautiful gardens nearby. The included breakfast was a delight, and the views from our room were stunning. The location made it easy to stroll to shops and restaurants. Totally recommend the sea view rooms for the best experience!

The bar menu only available until 19:00 feels restrictive. with multiple overlapping dishes on the restaurant menu, it would be better to keep the bar open longer for guests seeking late-night bites. Additionally, if you're after a mix of Portuguese and French cuisine, the recent change of chefs might not satisfy your desire for local flavors created by a Portuguese chef.

The hotel maintained immaculate cleanliness, reinforcing its five-star reputation, while the food—especially the French pastries—was a delightful highlight. The only downside was the high drink prices at the bar, which felt excessive for standard options.
